Mind relaxing tips for candidates who are appearing for CBSE

Board Exams! board exams had never been so easy for any students. There was a whole lot of tensions among the students just before the exam. Only a few students are excited just before their board exam commences, especially those who are confident of doing well in their exams.
Also, peer pressure is there among the students. Most of the students pressurize the students to do well in their board exams. And so the candidate is forced to study the whole day under the influence of his/her parents. Continuing this every day till the day before the exam commences might affect the mental state of the candidates. So below are the mind relaxing techniques for candidates who will be appearing for the CBSE Board exams. They are as follows:-
  • Take deep long breaths– After you get up in the morning, go to the washroom. After coming from the washroom, start taking long deep breaths. Continue this process for at least 15 minutes.
  • Meditate– This is also yet another simple technique for developing an intense focus on your studies. Meditate on anything. Anything means any object which creates interest among you. So start meditating on it for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Exercise– Now exercises can be done in any form. Dancing, Walking, Cycling, Jogging, Skipping, Swimming, Playing football, etc. Do that exercise which you are comfortable with and practice it daily for a minimum of 20 minutes.
  • Hobbies- Spend one hour daily on your hobbies. These hobbies could be anything – Singing, Dancing, Drawing, Painting, Video editing, Graphic designing, Clay making, Photoshoots for those interested in Photography, Cooking, Creating paperwork, stitching, writing-this could be anything writing for a blog, client, doing email marketing, Doing book review, Reading magazines or newspapers whichever is your field of interests. Performing your hobbies once in a day will relax you up to some extent. And you will see that when you immediately start studying after performing your hobbies, then you can remember better your studying ingredients.
  • Spend fewer hours for studying- Just before the exam commences, there is no use of studying for late nights. Just avoid these and study lesser hours especially it is good to study in the morning. Because during the morning we are loaded with much more energy as compared tonight. Though there are some students who can study for long hours during night time. But if there are some students who can study both morning and night frequently, for them I would suggest it is better to study daytime as compared to the night time. Because the board exams are usually held during the morning phase, so if a student remains active during the morning phase just before the exam, then it might be fruitful for him or her to perform better during the exams.
Also try to relax, feel free 15 days before the exam. Keep yourself calm, try to spend your leisure time watching comedy shows. Avoid junk foods. And follow the above tips. It really works!
